What is a luxury picnic?A luxury picnic is an elevated picnic experience that adds a little formality to an otherwise casual tradition. Our picnics include low tables, pillows and place settings that marry modern aesthetics with vintage touches. How many people can I have at my picnic?Our "Picnic for Two" is our base picnic package that includes two guests. You can add additional guests to suit your needs. The cost per additional guest is $25 per person. *Parties of more than 8 guests are available by quote.

Where can I picnic?You can picnic just about anywhere. Whether in the comfort or your home or backyard, one of our local parks, an event venue or even a hotel suite. If you are looking to picnic outdoors, please keep in mind that we offer outdoor picnics from May through September (with some exceptions made if the weather is warm enough in late April or early October). Our preferred parks include, but are not limited to: Highland, Genesee Gateway Park, Cobbs Hill, Seneca and Black Creek. *Event venue and hotel costs are the responsibility of the client and are not included in any pricing or packages we offer.

How long is a picnic?Our luxury picnics are a two-hour experience. You can purchase additional picnic time should you wish to extend your celebration. Additional picnic time is $50 per hour and can be allotted in 30-minute increments ($25 per half hour). *Subject to availability. Please book additional time with your initial invoice, when possible, to guarantee the time is available.

What happens if my outdoor picnic is rained out?We monitor weather conditions very closely. Our clients have up to 48 hours prior to their event to reschedule per inclement weather. We also reserve the right to reschedule in the event of inclement weather for the safety of our clients and their guests. We ask for an alternate indoor address for all outdoor picnics. If the client insists on an outdoor location and their picnic has to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, the client will have up to 30 days to reschedule per our availability. We do not offer any refunds for retainer fees paid to secure your date.
